Friday 12th May

We were meant to be staying in Plymouth until after the Parade of Sail on Saturday, however, the Parade was cancelled due to a submarine coming into the harbour, so we took the opportunity to plough on.

Leaving Plymouth at 12:15, we sailed towards Fowey. The sun was shining but the wind was more on the nose than predicted. Later in the afternoon, the wind became a good sailing breeze and we enjoyed the sail into Fowey, arriving at 18:00.
